A watercolour painting of buildings on the river Ouse (it is inscribed with that information) by Parker, Henry H (1858 - 1950). Parker was a fine landscape painter using both oil and watercolour as a medium. He painted scenes mainly from the Thames Valley, Kent and Wales in the United Kingdom.
